HENRY, Justice. OPINION This case presents the issue of whether the trial Judge erred in failing to make a conclusive determination
of the voluntariness and admissibility of a criminal defendant's confession, prior to its submission to the jury. The Court
of Criminal Appeals unanimously concluded that the procedure employed by the trial Judge in determining the admissibility
to the defendant's confession was improper. We affirm. I.
